Book Outlet Haul

It’s been awhile since I placed an order on Book Outlet and I was starting to have a little bit of withdrawals lol. I couldn’t help but place an order during their Black Friday Sale (which will be up soon, but that’s for a different post) and due to that, I also placed this order. I know, I could have stopped at that deal, but then I saw their sale items a day after and I couldn’t pass those up either.

Most of the books I purchased in this set were under $2, only four were a little above that. I found a few for myself, but I was mostly looking into getting more for my kids bookshelves as they love books just as much (yup, I’m definitely a proud mama). There was one book with a minor tear on the dust jacket, but either than that they were all in great condition. Once in awhile, there will be a book that isn’t as it should be, but their customer service is really great at resolving the issue(s).

Everything together, with a $5 coupon, came out to $35 with a couple of cents. I loved this deal, as there were definitely many the kids loved and couldn’t wait to start. The ones I bought for myself sounded pretty interesting as well and I can’t wait to start with them (might be awhile as my TBR list is way too long lol). I’m not sure how often their sale/clearance items change, but I know I’ll be keeping an eye out for more of those deals.

If you haven’t checked out Book Outlet yet, you might want to do it soon (like Tuesday during Boxing Day Sale). Most of the books come with a marker line or dot on the bottom/top of the books. The markings don’t bother me as they’re really great prices, most are in perfect condition. It’s even better with the sale as you save the more you buy. The only downside is that you need to be quick with your selections and checkout time, as things do go pretty fast during those sale days. I can’t wait!

I’ve never visited that site. I do like giving books as presents.

It’s really a good site for new and older books, all in about new condition. Their prices are even better during sale days, like the one coming up on Tuesday. It’s in my top 3 sites for book buying 😊

Sounds like a fabulous site! I might have to hunt there for some books I’m missing in series’ I own!

Great book haul! I’ve only ever done one order with Book Outlet because the shipping to Oz almost defeats the cheap books. Happy reading!
