Goodreads Synopsis: The best-selling Instant Pot has been a runaway hit, with an almost cultlike following and users who swear by it. But finding delicious, well-tested, weekday-friendly recipes that are both inspiring and trustworthy has proven difficult, until now. The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook covers each meal of the day, offering plenty of tried-and-true classic recipes, such as spicy beef and bean chili, a whole roasted chicken with mushroom sauce, and decadent New York cheesecake, alongside a hearty array of contemporary meals, such as Greek-style Gigantes beans with fresh feta, braised pork loin with balsamic vinegar and caramelized onions, buttery cauliflower mashed potatoes, pork adobo, and more! Whether you’re looking to expand your pressure cooker recipe repertoire or seeking the ultimate gift for the Instant Pot aficionado, this is the book to have.

There are so many great tips for the instant pot in this cookbook, which is great for someone like me who has little experience with one. For those that do use it often, it’s a great addition to have in ones kitchen as the recipes are well written, tested, and look really delicious (always a great reason lol). It definitely has a plethora of useful information, making sure those recipes come out just like pictured.

A few of those helpful tips include the best uses for the function and operation keys, a pressure cooker pantry list, a list of must-have tools to go along with it, most asked questions answered, and tons more. All that, is meant to make the usage of the pressure cooker less daunting and become a staple in anyone’s kitchen.

The recipes that make up the other parts of this cookbook include: breakfast, soups & chilis, poultry, vegetables, side dishes, as well as so many others. Many of the recipes come with a photo included which is always great to have. With a cooking chart in the last pages of the book, it makes it even more appealing as this cookbook seems to have all the basics anyone would love to have, whether they are new to using the Instant Pot or well seasoned users (pun intended lol).

I can’t wait to start using this cookbook and sharing recipes with friends and family. I know it’ll be a great cookbook to have in my kitchen and with recipes like Arroz con Pollo, Meatball Marinara, Korean Braised Beef Short Ribs, and tons of delicious dessert recipes, who wouldn’t want that cookbook for their kitchens? I’ve definitely been sold on it and looking forward to seeing how that goes for me and which recipes will quickly become favorites in our family’s home.
